Members of the higher education community attending ATD 2019 are invited for coffee, conversation, and a session covering topics unique to the needs of talent development professionals in a college or university setting. (RSVP's are encouraged, but not required.)

Who Should Attend?
• Talent development practitioners working for an institution of higher learning (universities, colleges, and community colleges in the United States and abroad)

• Talent development professionals (HR, employee development, faculty/staff development)

• Faculty teaching talent development-related courses/interested in professional development and bridging the skills gap.

Additional Opportunities

PhD Students: Interested in sharing your dissertation research or connecting with a faculty member in an informal mentorship capacity? We'd like to provide you the opportunity to connect with faculty at the conference.

Faculty: Likewise, would you be interested in informally mentoring a doctoral student at the conference and giving them an opportunity to run their dissertation research by you?

Please contact Erin Strider, sr. project manager, at estrider@td.org.
